Natural Dyes

The natural dyes we use come from plant extracts like mulberry, chestnut shell, pomegranate, indigo plant leaf, green tea leaf, acacia tree bark, walnut peel, and cacao husk, just to name a few. All of these plants and trees grow without the aid of any synthetic chemicals.

Hemp

Often confused with its cousin marijuana, hemp is a non-toxic variety of the Cannabis Sativa plant. Hemp has been used to make essential items such as rope, canvas, paper, and textiles for thousands of years. Due to high demands of such items, hemp has become obsolete with the introduction of man-made polyesters and other cheaper materials which are damaging to the environment.

Organic Cotton

Cotton is one of the most used and versatile fabrics in the world. Growing non-organic cotton requires a large amount of water and pesticides, and as a result, has a negative impact on the planet. Organic cotton however, is a much more sustainable alternative to conventional cotton.
